石油焦和煅燒石油焦區別

石油焦和煅燒石油焦從字面上來看,一個是沒有經過煅燒的,而另一種是經過煅燒后的產品,那么兩者除了這個區別外還有哪些本質區別呢?


石油焦:是原油經蒸餾將輕重質油分離后,重質油再經熱裂的過程,轉化而成的產品,從外觀上看,焦炭為形狀不規則,大小不一的黑色塊狀(或顆粒),有金屬光澤,焦炭的顆粒具多孔隙結構,主要的元素組成為碳,占有80wt%(WT是Weight的英文縮寫就是重量百分含量的意思。5WT%相當于50000PPM((PPM是以百萬計含量。)))以上,其余的為氫、氧、氮、硫和金屬元素。石油焦具有其特有的物理、化學性質及機械性質,本身是發熱部份的不揮發性碳,揮發物和礦物雜質(硫、金屬化合物、水、灰等)這些指標決定焦炭的化學性質。

煅燒石油焦:原料煅燒是炭素生產工藝中的一道重要工序,煅燒作業就是炭素原料在隔絕空氣的條件下進行高溫預熱處理。在煅燒過程中,各種炭質原料的結構和元素組成都發生一系列深度的變化,從而提高了它們的物理化學性能。石油焦煅燒質量對炭素材料成品質量及各工序的技術指標都影響很大,所以保證原料煅燒質量是保證產品質量的重要前提。


石油焦和煅燒石油焦的性能以及用途等方面都存在差異,所以適用于不同的行業使用。
